The Copyright Department undertakes the registration of copyright in cinematograph films, conducts copyright litigation, drafts copyright licence and exploitation agreements and furnishes advice and counsel on all areas of copyright practice. The department is retained by, inter alia, the organised film, record and computer software industries and as a result of this activity it has acquired expertise in the related areas of entertainment law, media law, censorship and computer law. It is an active and significant contributor to the practice and success of the firm.
