The patent litigation department deals with technology-based intellectual property litigation. This includes litigation relating to the infringement, revocation, restoration and amendment of patents and registered designs, and litigation relating to technical copyright, trade secrets, technology-based contractual matters and passing-off. The patent litigation department also deals with technology-based intellectual property opinion work.
