The firm conducts litigation in the fields of patents, trade marks, designs, copyright and domain names. Further fields include company names, advertising, unfair competition, passing-off confidential information, commercial matters, intellectual property (including those relating to franchising), licence agreements, employee relations and entertainment law.

Our litigators are particularly mindful of a solution-driven approach. When appropriate, alternative dispute resolution is employed, in which mediation or arbitration may be used to resolve disputes between parties. To this end, a number of our partners are qualified mediators and arbitrators.
