The firm conducts litigation in the fields of patents, trade marks, designs, copyright, domain names, company names, advertising, unfair competition, passing off of confidential information; commercial matters, including intellectual property and especially those relating to franchising and licence agreements and employee relations as well as entertainment  law.

Our litigators are particularly mindful of a solution-driven approach. When appropriate, alternative dispute resolution is employed, in which mediation or arbitration may be used to resolve disputes between parties. To this end, a number of our partners are qualified mediators and arbitrators.
