IP Interests in Libya
Due to political turmoil in Libya, the Office of the Intellectual Property Division of the National Bureau for Research and Development has closed until further notice. Although it is unclear when the Office will re-open, there will be inevitable delays in the processing of new and ongoing matters. Clients with IP interests in Libya are requested to forward their instructions to Spoor & Fisher, in order that applications may be prepared for filing as soon as circumstances permit.
