Application may be made at any time during the existence of the basic United Kingdom registration.
Any subsequent entry which has been made on the Register of Trade Marks in the United Kingdom, (i.e. assignments, changes of name, changes of address, registered users or renewals) should be recorded in the Register of Trade Marks in St. Helena.
Documents required:
- Power of Attorney. (not legalised
- 12 prints of the trade mark, except for word marks in ordinary type.
- Certificate (of the kind used for obtaining registration abroad) giving particulars of the corresponding United Kingdom registration.

- Power of Attorney (not legalised)
