Spoor & Fisher launches guide to filing registered designs in Africa

Africa is a rapidly emerging market for designer goods due to a surge in consumer spending sparked by economic growth and a growing middle-class. It is essential that brand owners ensure that, where applicable, their products are fully protected as registered designs in Africa.
