Spoor & Fisher continues to rank highly in MIP’s IP Stars Handbooks

Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) has published its 2017 IP Stars Patent Handbook.

Eight Spoor & Fisher patent attorneys have been recognised as experts in their practice area: Lance Abramson, Tertia Beharie, Dina Biagio, David Cochrane, Craig Kahn, Mark Kemp, Hugh Moubray and Jonathan Whittaker.

Earlier this year, MIP awarded Spoor & Fisher “IP Law Firm of the Year in South Africa” for the third year running. MIP referred to Spoor & Fisher as “a leader in South Africa and a trusted IP advisor for multinational companies seeking IP protection, commercialisation and enforcement on the continent”.

Mohamed Khader, Jean McIvor, Wayne Meiring, Louise Myburgh, Eben van Wyk and Charles Webster are also recognised in MIP’s 2017 IP Stars Trademark Handbook.

Spoor & Fisher has the highest number of attorneys recognised in it’s handbooks across the board.

The handbooks were based on research into the IP market, as well as obtaining independent views from clients and peers.
