Description
Daily maintenance, infrastructure support, and performance tuning of Portals.
The candidate will be required to develop and maintain the Internet/Intranet sites.
General Tasks:
Deploy Office SharePoint Server 2007
Upgrade Office SharePoint Server 2007
Manage search
Configure content management
Configure business forms
Manage business intelligence
Manage administration
Secure Office SharePoint Server 2007
Upload content
Design websites
Skills Required
Working Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server 2007 or WSS 3.0
Experience Installing and Configuring MOSS 2007 Portal Server
Experience with developing and implementing Web Parts
Experience with building Portal Structures
Experience with CSS style sheets and Branding
Strong knowledge and experience using XML and C#
Experienced with FrontPage 2003 and or SharePoint Designer
Experience with InfoPath Forms Development desired
Qualifications:
3+ yrs programming exp in VB, C++, Java or C#
Exp with ASP.NET required.
1+ yr development exp with SharePoint (including SharePoint 2007)
SQL Server or Oracle back-end database exp
Product development exp and solid background in object-oriented design (UML exp a plus)
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and application usability skills
Ability to implement complex technical concepts
Comfortable in a team environment
Good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
