Madagascar Joins Madrid Protocol  06/03/2008 



Madagascar has joined the Madrid Protocol, and its membership will come into effect on 28 April 2008. Madagascar has also exercised its option to extend the time limit to notify a refusal of protection, from one year to 18 months.
